COVID 19 Policies + Procedures

For the safety of yourself, our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves, please read through this entire page to understand how things work and the measures we’re taking with COVID-19 and the new policies we’ve established.

For the foreseeable future, all clients must come to their appointments with a mask and alone. Guests will not be allowed in, not even while filling out paperwork or waiting with you. This includes couples and members of the same household with back to back appointments. Please do not come together, but arrive at your scheduled times separately. All RETURN CLIENTS note that even if this was previously allowed, it no longer will be! Everyone must sanitize their hands once inside the shop.

Only essential items will be allowed in like phone, keys, wallet, etc.. as well as outside food and drink unless you have longer sessions. We have small snacks, water and candy available if you need any.
 If you are early to your appointment, please wait outside or in your car until your appointment time.

 If you happen to be sick, the rescheduling policy has been temporarily relaxed. Any client experiencing fever, cough or shortness of breath for any period of time before your appointment should immediately contact to reschedule, even if the morning of. 

If you have recently traveled or have not been social distancing, please consider rescheduling your appointment.

Availability

I am available by appointment only, I do not take walk-ins. Currently, my books are closed until April 2021.

Consultations

Consults are free and usually take 15 minutes. Right now, all consults will be done over Zoom. Final designs or drawings are not sent out before your appointment.

Deposit and Payment

There is an $100 tattoo minimum, with a $100 deposit at the time of your booking.  $200 deposits will be taken for larger and on going work. Please be prepared to leave a deposit to hold your date and time. If you do not leave a deposit, you do not have an appointment with me. You can venmo me (savronthegreat) or leave your deposit over paypal. I do not take cards for deposits or check.

On the day of your appointment, please bring cash.

Your Appointment

When showing up for your appointment, please arrive on time and no later than 15 minutes. You will need to bring a form of ID with your birth date.

If you think you are going to be late, please call ahead to inform me. If you are more than 20 minutes late to an appointment, you will need to reschedule and another deposit will be taken for your next appointment.

No Shows + Cancellations

People who no show to their appointment will lose their deposit and in most cases will not be worked with or rescheduled in the future as well as forfeiting their design.

If you need to reschedule, please e-mail me with 48 hours notice so your appointment time can be filled with someone else. 

Touch Ups

All tattoos are guaranteed and come with one free touch up as long as that touch up is used within one year of getting the tattoo. After that, touch ups are charged the shop minimum of $100.

Parental Consent

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, I cannot tattoo you and I cannot give refunds if you show up the day of your appointment underage.

Availability
I am available by appointment only, and my books are currently full until May 2022. Please check my Instagram page (@tannerminocktattoos) for updates.

Pricing
I price tattoos by the piece: smaller pieces (about hand size or smaller) are based on the design, and larger projects are hourly ($200/hour). I have a $100 minimum for all tattoos.

Deposits
A deposit is required to hold your spot and start your drawing, and it will apply towards the total price of the tattoo at the end. Deposits may be sent through Venmo, PayPal, or Square. The deposit is non-refundable; if you cancel your appointment or no-show, you will not receive your deposit back. Deposits are valid for one year.
-Small tattoos: $50-100
-Large projects: $100-300 

Designs
I do not send custom designs before appointments. We will review your design at the first scheduled appointment, and will have time to make any minor changes and adjustments. Any major changes will require a reschedule (to allow ample time to rework the design).

Payments
Cash is preferred for tattoo payments. I will also accept Venmo, PayPal and card (there is a 4% processing fee on the total for all card payments).

Cancellations/Reschedules
I require a notice of at least 48 hours (by email or Instagram DM) in the event of a general cancellation or reschedule, and 24 hours in the event of sickness. Any deposits will be applied to the new appointment; cancelled appointments will forfeit any deposits.  

Touch Ups
All tattoos will come with one free touch up within one year. After one year, I charge my minimum ($100) to touch up smaller tattoos, and my hourly rate ($200/hour) for larger tattoos.
You must wait at least 4-6 weeks to get a new tattoo touched up, and you may send me an email or Instagram DM to schedule and I will fit you into my soonest open gap.
